Part-Time Maintenance Technician

Caribou is actively seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to perform medium-skill maintenance tasks on residential properties in the Madison area. Tasks include, but are not limited to: painting, drywall repair, basic appliance repair/replacement, basic plumbing repair, window screen replacement, basic mold remediation, gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, lawn care, large item removal and much more. Prior experience required with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualified candidates have maintenance and/or construction experience and are good at problem-solving and troubleshooting issues. This position will require periodic on-call hours overnight and weekends on a rotating schedule with other staff. Maintenance technicians will have use of company vehicle and basic tools while performing work duties.
