Heather Finnegan - Director of Operations
Heather Finnegan was promoted to Director of Operations in 2019 after joining Caribou in 2018 as an Association Property Manager. She has over ten years of experience in residential property management and operations as well as real estate sales and appraisal. Heather oversees the day to day operations of the company providing an exceptional customer service experience to the company’s clients. Her responsibilities include meeting new clients, employee oversight, and ensuring owner success.
Steve Cousino, CMCA, AMS - Senior Association Manager
Steve brings over 15 years of management experience to the table and holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) credentials from Community Associations Institute (CAI). In addition to being a Wisconsin notary and holding a Wisconsin real estate license, Steve is Caribou’s condominium expert and leads the Condominium Management division.
Steve is a U.S. Air Force Brat, and grew up in various states and overseas. He made Madison home in 2012 and enjoys exploring the cultural offerings of the area, especially taking in shows at the Overture Center.

Sue Hurd - Real Estate Broker, Leasing Manager
Sue serves Caribou Property Management as the Rental Manager, working with prospective and current tenants for our rental portfolio and cultivating the professional relationships with rental property owners.
Sue also oversees Caribou Realty Group. In today’s real estate market, you need to work with a real estate professional you can trust. Sue grew up in the country about 20 miles from Madison. Her favorite pastimes then and now are gardening, home decorating and creating DIY crafts.
Noah Tompkins - Association Manager
Noah is an award-winning property manager with several years of experience in property management. He previously served as Caribou’s Maintenance Coordinator for five years before moving into his current management role. Noah is constantly recognized by our clients for his positive energy and follow thru. Recent achievements: Voted Best of Monona & Best of Madison as a property manager in 2019. When Noah is not working with Caribou he is a certified scuba diver and enjoys classic cars, car shows, and restoration projects.
